The beginning of our process is to complete a Website and Marketing Audit. The Audit is a comprehensive evaluation of your entire website and online marketing strategy. It is a starting point for understanding who you are, who your customers are and the levels of customer engagement with your online presence. Our comprehensive Audits include an examination of your site structure, content and digital backbone. We’ll do the same for your top 3 competitors as well.

Since it is such a comprehensive report, the entire process takes approximately 6-8 weeks. We start with talking with your leadership team and finding out as much about your company and business as we can. We listen to you. We then dive into the analytics and website. We dig deep. Once we are finished, we present our findings to you. Not just data, but actionable recommendations. Face to face presentations are what we like to do. Why?
